Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to the United States according to the shipping options shown at checkout.

Available shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: £8.00, estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping: £10.00, estimated delivery within 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier issues, incorrect delivery details, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. GlowAura is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by the destination country may be the responsibility of the customer.
